What does the process look like?
oututIt will start with an initial conversation to understand the desired outcome and the perceived challenges of your business.
As your trusted advisor, I will then spend time physically in your company, speaking to people throughout the organisation to understand their perceptions, barriers to change and concerns. This is a crucial step to gaining a deep understanding of your business as the perception of challenges may differ from that of the senior leadership.
Following this period of research, which will depend on the scale and complexity of the organisation. I will consolidate my findings with a planned set of activities which will include a mix of coaching, mentoring and change leadership.

Alongside business expertise and 6 years coaching, I am also a DISC specialist. DISC is an international recognised tool that helps you perform better through deepening understandings of communication, collective needs and working styles.
Something that is somewhat overlooked through business transformation is supporting and mentoring existing leadership teams through the process of change. This is crucial to ensure long term adoption, team retention and ensuring a positive working culture.
